BTW: If you want your wife or gf to get warmed up for "romance", cooking them dinner works every time. Hell you can cook a man meal like Steak and a baked potato and still impress her. (especially if your traditional attempts at cooking start and end with a teenager delivering lukewarm pizza to your door). If you want to go for the holy grail with the wife then do the dishes afterward, but you might want to ease into that....don't want to set the expectations too high :)
